Co-Active Coach - Bruce Schramm

Bruce is a Wisconsin native whose career experience has taken him from one coast to the other, and back. A graduate of Roncalli High School in Manitowoc , WI, Bruce joined the U.S. Navy, where he served on a research vessel named the USS Compass Island , based in Charleston , SC. As a Navigation Center Watch Supervisor, Bruce coordinated naval and corporate efforts to facilitate test plans for the development of the Trident navigation system. During his naval career, Bruce held the roles of Navigation Center Supervisor and Support Technician for Electronics Training School Great Lakes NTC. Bruce was honorably discharged from the Navy, having earned the Good Conduct Ribbon, Vietnam Service Ribbon, and a letter of commendation.

Bruce entered the corporate world and worked as an electronics technician for seven years before accepting the position of Shift Production Coordinator at Plexus Electronic Assembly Inc., Neenah, WI. Bruce's strengths in the areas of communication and personal development led to his promotion to Focus Factory Manager. From there, Bruce took on the challenge of leading a customer-focused team in the role of Program Manager.

Seeking new opportunities to help people discover their inner strengths, Bruce resigned from the corporate electronics industry and began his own journey toward becoming a co-active life coach. Since the beginning of 2006, Bruce has completed extensive training through Coaches Training Institute (CTI). In addition to core training programs, Bruce has completed the "Organizational, Relationship, and Systems Coaching" (ORSC) classes and a "Team Coaching Intensive" through Team Coaching International to learn how to use their diagnostic and assessment tool, and a workshop on "Leadership and Self-Deception" through the Arbinger Institute. Bruce is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Christian Coaching Network (CCN).

Bruce combines over 25 years of experience in production management and corporate team building with specialized training from experts in the coaching field to provide the understanding and guidance you need to help you find your path and reach your professional goals.
